Booking, Payment and Cancelation Policies

For rack rate bookings:
A deposit of 1 night is due at the moment of booking.
Only after receipt of the deposit the booking is confirmed.
The balance of the total amount is due upon check in at the resort.

If cancelled more than7 days prior to the arrival day; your deposit will be refunded
If cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival: your deposit will be forfeited.
No shows, late arrivals, early check outs: no refund.

For seasonal rate bookings:
A deposit of 3 nights is due at the moment of booking.
Only after receipt of the deposit the booking is confirmed.
The balance of the total amount is due upon check in at the resort.

If cancelled more than 7 days prior to the arrival day; your deposit will be refunded after deduction of 10% administration and credit card fees.
If cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival: your deposit will be forfeited.
No shows, late arrivals, early check outs: no refund.

For non-refundable rate bookings:
This rate category is available for bookings made minimal 21 days prior to arrival.
The minimum length of stay is 3 nights.
Full payment is due at the moment of booking.
This booking cannot be cancelled or changed and the payment is non-refundable.

A non refundable deposit of US$ 1.000 is due within 14 days after the booking is made.
Only after receipt of this deposit the room allocation is confirmed.
A first rooming list should be made available 6 months prior to arrival.
On the basis of this rooming list the number of rooms allocated may be increased or reduced.
A second rooming list should be made available 3 months prior to arrival.
On the basis of this 2nd rooming list the number of rooms allocated may be increased or reduced.
A 50 % deposit of the total amount based on this 2nd rooming list is due 75 days prior to arrival.
A final rooming list should be sent to the hotel 28 days prior to arrival.
On the basis of this final rooming list the balance of the total amount (50% minus US$ 1.000) is due 14 days prior to the arrival of the group.
If the entire group booking is cancelled more than 75 days prior to the arrival day; US$ 1.000 cancellation fee.
Individual cancellation within the group booking more than 75 days prior to the arrival day; US$ 25 cancellation fee.
Entire group and individual bookings within the group if cancelled within 75 days and 28 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee. If cancelled within 28 days prior to arrival 14 days prior to arrival: 75 % and if cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee.
No shows, late arrivals, early check outs: no refund.
Every 10th member in a group booking receives complimentary accommodation, but tourism tax will be charged.
