Eden Beach Resort Bonaire is a beachfront resort in Kralendijk, Bonaire, in the Dutch Caribbean. We offer rooms, studios and apartments, a swimming pool, beachfront dining and an on-site dive centre. Below you find answers to the questions guests ask most.
Where is Eden Beach Resort Bonaire?
Eden Beach Resort is at Bulevar Gob. N. Debrot 73 in Kralendijk, Bonaire, in the Dutch Caribbean. The resort is on the beach, less than 1 km (0.6 mile) from the centre of Kralendijk and less than 8 km (5 miles) from the airport.
What facilities does Eden Beach Resort have?
Eden Beach Resort is a beachfront resort with direct access to the Caribbean Sea, a swimming pool, a beachfront bar and restaurant, an on-site dive centre (Wannadive), free Wi-Fi and private parking.

Can I dive at Eden Beach Resort?
Yes. Our dive partner Wannadive has its dive shop at the resort, open daily from 8 AM to 5 PM. Wannadive offers shore diving at the resort, daily boat dives to Klein Bonaire and the northern dive sites, guided dives and PADI courses. Bonaire has more than 60 shore dive sites. Do I need diving experience to dive on Bonaire?
No. Wannadive offers a half-day beginner introduction course and training for all levels, up to dive master. Guided dives are available daily for divers who travel without a dive buddy or who feel more comfortable diving with a professional.
Can I go snorkeling from the resort?
Yes. You can snorkel right from the resort’s beach. Our on-site dive shop Wannadive also offers daily boat dives to Klein Bonaire and the dive sites in the north. See all our partners on our Partners page.
How do I get the best price for Eden Beach Resort?
Book directly on our Book Online page. You get the best rate when you book direct with Eden Beach Resort, and you see live prices and availability for your dates.
Are there extra fees on top of the room price?
No. All prices include taxes and the energy surcharge, so no room tax is added at the resort. A service charge applies to group bookings; the amount is determined by group size. Optional extras such as a baby cot, laundry service or a late check-out are listed on our Extra Services page.
Please note: Bonaire charges a tourist tax per person per visit (the Visitor Entry Tax). You pay it directly to the Bonaire government, online before you travel or at the airport, not to the resort. Current rates are on tourismtax.bonairegov.com.
What are the front desk opening hours?
Our front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
How do I arrange a transfer from the airport to the Resort?
Just send us an e-mail at info@edenbeach.com or a WhatsApp message on +599 777 3336 (minimum 24 hours prior to arrival). As soon as we have received a confirmation from the transfer company we will forwarded this to you including the costs.
How do I know if there is availability in order to make a reservation?
Go to our Book Online page, enter your arrival and departure dates and the number of guests, and click “Check availability”. You will see every room that is available for your dates, with photos and prices, and you can book and pay right away.
How can I request a baby cot?
Send an email to info@edenbeach.com with your request. A baby cot costs USD 15 per night.
At what age is a child considered an adult?
From the age of 13, we consider children as an adult.
How do I make dive arrangements?
Visit the website of www.wannadive.com or contact us through info@edenbeach.com.
How can I book a car, bike or scooter?
Please send an e-mail to info@edenbeach.com.
Is there a baby sit service available?
No, we do not provide any babysitting services.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Full payment confirms your reservation. All payments are non-refundable. No-shows, cancellations and early check-outs are non-refundable. Date changes are subject to availability. See our Policies and Fees page.
How do I book a massage?
Please send an email to info@edenbeach.com. Gift certificates are available as well.
What credit cards are accepted?
Visa, Master card and Amex as well as Maestro For American Express we need the CVC code in order to charge the card and to confirm the room reservation.
Does the Resort provide half and full board?
Yes we do. If you send us an email to info@edenbeach.com we can provide you the information.
What is the maximum amount of guests per room?
Rooms, studios and the Deluxe Suite sleep up to 2 guests. The Two Bedroom Apartments sleep up to 4 guests. Babies and small children count towards this number.
Can I request a late check-out in advance?
Yes, you can! Sent an e-mail with your request to info@edenbeach.com or just walk by in our reception.
Is the Resort smoke free?
All of our hotel rooms are smoke free. You are restricted to smoke on the balcony or terrace only. There is a fine of US$ 250.- if Housekeeping does encounter the room with smoke. The bar on the beach and the restaurant are in the open air so you are allowed to smoke.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in (before 3:00 PM) and late check-out (until 5:00 PM) cost USD 10 per hour and are subject to availability.
Does the Resort have storage for luggage?
Yes we do have this.
Does the Resort have an elevator?
No unfortunately not.
Does the restaurant provide any diets?
Yes, our chef knows any type of diets and/or allergies. Please sent an e-mail to info@edenbeach.com so we can arrange something nice for you.
If I want to have a King size or 2 single beds how do I arrange this?
Please add this your request in the ‘request field’.
What are the distances from Eden Beach to the city center and the airport?
Distance between the center of the city and Eden Beach Resort-Kralendijk is less than 1 Km (0.6 mile). It is less than 8 Km (5 miles) from the airport.

Does the resort provide internet access?
There is a FREE Wi-Fi connection available to our guests.
What are the languages spoken by your employees?
Dutch, English, French, Papiamento and Spanish.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed; they include a cleaning fee and a max weight of 12kg.
Can I park my car at the resort?
The hotel has private parking with lights. Remote control gates to the parking lot are being constructed.
