A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
An email address and phone/WhatsApp number are required for communication regarding your reservation.
INCIDENTAL & DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A credit card must be kept on file for incidentals and damages. A hold of USD 250 applies.
For residents, a credit card hold or cash deposit of USD 100 applies.
HOUSEKEEPING
Housekeeping service is provided every other day.
LONG STAYS
Long stays of a minimum of 3 months are available, with rates starting from USD 2,500 per month.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
Group reservations apply to bookings of 5 or more rooms.
A special group discount of up to 10% may be available. Group discounts are non-cumulative and subject to availability.
All payments for group reservations are non-refundable.
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before arrival, with the payment deadline depending on the size of the group.
Housekeeping service is not included under the group discount. Fresh towels are available upon request.
Air-conditioning usage is limited to 10 hours per day for reservations booked under the group discount.
DUTCH CARIBBEAN RESIDENTS
Dutch Caribbean residents may qualify for special benefits, including up to a 25% discount on return Curaçao–Bonaire airfare with Divi Divi Air when booked through the resort.
